Introducing our new Program

Meditation and Breathwork for Healing

Meditation and Breathwork for Healing is a 13 week, 13 module, online course. Whether you have overwhelming anxiety or unmanageable stress, suffer from food, light or sound sensitivities, have an autoimmune disorder, or have MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) or MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), our Meditation and Breathwork for Healing program is key to your healing.

The program is intentionally gentle, and will teach you how to meditate, practice breathwork, and use brain retraining techniques to promote neuroplasticity. Over 13 weeks, you get to learn and try out different techniques to see what works best for you as we build your healing program step by step.

The program is in a membership format. Some participants complete the course in 3 months, some may take 6 months. The online course is $108 per month, with a 3 month commitment.

The online course is accessible 24/7, and you can work at your own pace. One module is delivered to you weekly in an email with a link and password.

Each participant will receive one 30 minute Zoom call meeting with Tami Bogard within the first 3 weeks. This is helpful to set a solid path for healing.

Join our Healing Community weekly for a webinar where we meditate, practice breathwork and brain retraining techniques together. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and we may have a specific topic to discuss.

Namaste Studios offers a place for peace and calm. Tami Bogard, Yoga Instructor, meets you where you are. She has the ability to guide you based on your flexibility and your current strength level. Yoga is a life-long practice, so there is no hurry.
