Acu TUNEUP is a new class at Namaste Studios. For an hour you will be led in intrafascial therapyball techniques to open up tight spaces, address old injuries and scar tissue, and generally wake up your body! Class fee is $12 for a drop in, you may purchase an Acu TUNEUP 5 or 10 Pack for $50 and $90, respectively. Acu TUNEUP sessions can only be used for Acu TUNEUP classes and are not included in our Unlimited Passes. Classes are held on the Third Tuesday of each month at 4:45-5:45pm. Preregistration is required. Registration window closes one hour before class start time. If one person has signed up for class, the window stays open.
